Dr. Schrader, Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Schrader, DO, is the owner and founder of Tenluke Management LLC because he noted an increasing need for comprehensive business services to enable physicians to fulfill their calling in medicine. Tenluke Management proudly serves physicians in a variety of arrangements for the benefit of the physician-patient relationship with the cooperation of employers, payers and the facilities that deliver healthcare services.

Dr. Schrader is also the owner and founder of Crossway Medical Clinic, which opened in October 2014. He is a primary care physician, board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. Crossway Medical Clinic and Tenluke are expressions of Dr. Schrader’s vision for a renewed focus on the most important relationships in healthcare – the Physician and their patient, and more importantly, the relationship each person has with Jesus Christ, which is the bedrock of Tenluke’s culture.

Before opening Crossway Medical Clinic, Dr. Schrader practiced at Saints Physicians North and Mercy Northwest Family Clinic in Oklahoma City. He has treated patients across the globe in emergency rescue/disaster operations and on medical mission trips.

Dr. Schrader and his wife have five children. He enjoys staying active with his family through cycling and coaching youth sports teams.

Duane Onarecker, Chief Financial Officer

Duane Onarecker has been the Chief Financial Officer at Tenluke Management LLC since its earliest days when the vision was cast to have a physician management company that enabled physicians to fulfill their calling in medicine. Duane works with the executive team to make Tenluke a leader in innovative ways to deliver healthcare in an ever changing and heavily regulated industry. Having years of experience in management accounting and revenue cycle management, he established the process of accounting for Tenluke and each of its individual physician clients, as well as customizing monthly financial analysis and reports for each medical practice.

Duane has been involved in a variety of industries serving as a leader in finance and operations, but most of his professional experience has been in healthcare administration for companies including St. Anthony Hospital, Valir Health and Momentum Revenue. He earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton.

Duane was born and raised in Houston, spent many years in Southern California and has been in Oklahoma since 1995 when he married his wonderful wife, Jermaine. They have two children, Jack and Marie.

Michelle Wild, Project Manager

Michelle has been with TenLuke Management LLC since June 2016. She has a varied background in HR administration, project management, and provider credentialing. Michelle coordinates the on-boarding process and oversees credentialing for all providers as part of our practice management services. She also directly handles HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and benefit administration. In addition, Michelle helps manage on-going projects in areas like marketing and community outreach to help build patient volume for our clients.

Michelle was born and raised in Houston, TX, spent a little time in California and Michigan, then moved to Oklahoma in 2001 with her husband and two daughters. She is friendly and approachable, and will be happy to help you any way she can.

Patty Anderson, CPC, Billing Manager

Patty joined TenLuke Management in September 2014 and helped open our flagship project, Crossway Medical Clinic. She brought with her more than 25 years of experience in multiple facets of the healthcare industry, supporting private clinics, auditing and educating physicians with regard to documentation and compliance, and accounts receivable. As a Certified Professional Coder, she serves TenLuke Management as Billing Manager, directing the insurance and patient billing for all physicians. In addition, she assists with software education and enrollment. Patty is a member of the Oklahoma City chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders and has previously served several terms on the Medicare Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Committee.

Patty grew up in Wewoka, OK. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1976 with a BA. After teaching high school for several years, she ventured into several other fields before finding her place in the medical communities of Tulsa and Oklahoma City. She has been married for 36 years and has two children and five grandsons. Patty enjoys working with physicians and their staffs and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
